Responsibility:

Finds new business and builds partnerships with its key accounts. He also implements and monitors the organisation’s marketing and sales plans to maximise business performance.

PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

Responsibility:

Planning and controlling the production resources of the organisation’s four manufacturing departments

MANAGING DIRECTOR

David Light

Responsibility:

Looks after the overall performance of the organisation and determines its direction and business strategy. He provides the leadership to inspire people to achieve the company targets.

CAD/CAM ENGINEER

Glenn Ardern

Responsibility:

Started as an apprentice and is now responsible for producing CAD models as well as producing the programs that drive our computer controlled machine tools.

ACCOUNTS

Paula Emmerson

Responsibility:

Makes sure the accounts are paid up but also fulfils other important duties within the business including administering its human resource activities.
