Quality Policy

Di-Spark Limited is committed to providing it’s customers with high quality precision machined products using advanced manufacturing technology which meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations that are both safe and conforming and delivered in a timely manner.

In order to achieve this, the company have implemented a Quality Management System that has been developed through the application of risk based thinking systems that complies with the latest revision of AS9100, as well as customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.

This policy provides the framework for periodically setting objectives and targets for the continual improvement of the Quality Management System’s effectiveness which are cascaded down to lower level key performance indicators linked to defined processes.

The processes and policy are periodically reviewed for ongoing improvements.
