That’s why Di-Spark maintain a multi-process machining facility, with automated mill-turn cells, large machining capability, a dedicated spark and wire erosion cell and of course five axis milling cells running a host of fully automated, CNC five axis milling centres. Multi-process machining is an important tool within a lean manufacturing strategy, with 21st century production planning optimising both workflow and quality by combining other innovative machining processes with five axis milling to manufacture an extremely high quality part within lean manufacturing parameters.
